Rain City Flyers

Rain City Flyers is a USATF-affiliated youth cross country and track team based in Seattle, Washington. We work with athletes aged 7-18 at all levels of fitness - from beginner to elite. All that is required is a desire to run, work hard, and have fun!

The 2026 RCF Distance Pre Season will begin March 30th and will run through May 9th. Practices will be Monday and Wednesday 5:00-6:30 PM and Saturday from9:00-10:30 AM at Magnuson Park. Registration will open February 18th.

The 2026 RCF Track Season will begin May 12th and run through July 25th. Most practices will take place at Nathan Hale High School on Mondays (except Memorial Day) and Wednesdays from 7-8:30 PM and on Saturdays from 9-10:30 AM. We will not have practices when we have meets on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Registration will open April 8th.

The 2026 Fall Cross Country Season will begin on Tuesday, 9/8/26. Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-6:00 PM at Woodland Park and Saturdays (when there are no meets) from 9:00-10:30 AM.
