Rain City Flyers
Rain City Flyers is a USATF-affiliated youth cross country and track team based in Seattle, Washington. We work with athletes aged 7-18 at all levels of fitness - from beginner to elite. All that is required is a desire to run, work hard, and have fun!
2024 Cross Country Season
Registration for the 2024 Cross Country Season will open Saturday, 8/17. Please email us to be added to the mailing list. We will be capping registration at 200 athletes this season. Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-6:00 PM at Woodland Park and Saturdays (when there are no meets) from 9:00-10:30 AM. Here is our meet schedule for the season.
Rain City Flyers Track 2025 Season
The 2025 Track season dates have yet to be determined. Practices will take place at Nathan Hale High School. If you have additional questions, reach out to our Registrar.
